This is located in the Luton town centre. My go to place for delicious desserts. I wanted to rate 5/5 for the tasty desserts they make but I’m highly disappointed with the customer service I receive every time. Very very rude. Specially the man, looks like a supervisor of the staff. Not sure. Unfortunately the taste is that brings us again and again. So we stopped caring about the customer service as we know they never gonna be nice. If I ever get any opportunity to complain to their higher authority, I would definitely take the chance.

Very disappointed with the visit on Sunday 23/4/23! Especially disappointed with the cookie dough. It tasted very uncooked around the edges. It was basically just pure dough. Whilst complaining the staff member put it in the microwave and nuked it! Did not address this issue. Kept being told that’s how they make it! Well if you want to pay for microwaved food with bad service come here! 0*

I always order a vegan cookie dough and vegan alponso milkshake. Both tasted disgusting therefore I called them to explain I’m not happy. The woman was extremely rude & states she won’t do anything about it despite me being a loyal customer! The woman kept ignoring me and I could hear her gossiping about me to a colleague in Hindi
