Creams Worcester. Dirty Table, No hairnets, Unclean cutlery, Served whilst woman was on the phone, Bad customer service seemed like I the customer was bothering them. Given wooden cutlery for a dining in order because they couldn’t be bothered to wash up, Managers/staff all talking loud on their phones, Unprofessional staff and given ice cream sauce that was not chocolate as i requested. This store is a stain on the good name of “Creams” restaurants all around the UK, every Creams restaurant around compared to this one is better than this one. Very Disappointed in this establishment and would rate lower if i could. If you want a creams, go to cheltenham. It is not worth even considering going to this one.

Only taking cash today not an issue but staff member took the cash then with out washing her hands went and proceeded to make and touch waffles and other food items , safe to say my son and I walk straight back out not on . Won’t be coming back again

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Awful service. 1 member of staff on, clearly not trained. 45 minutes to make 3 milkshakes, an ice cream and a waffle, and then got the order completely wrong. Will not be returning.

I was really hyped to get some lovely cookie dough, a creams essential, just to find they didn't have any. After reconsidering our order, once again, ingredients were not in stock. Left due to disappointment and went elsewhere as staff were unhelpful.

Ordered 2 waffles and received 2 crepes which looked awful, with little to no toppings. Had to go back in the rain to be greeted by a rude manager who refused to give me a refund, and told me the waffle machine was broken! I insisted on not leaving and then miraculously the waffle machine was working! Left with 2 waffles however rubbish service and will not be coming again!

Usually love this place but has gone down hill. Terrible management, served two raw crepes, went back in to complain and manager said there is no proof of purchase despite being there 5 minutes ago!! Clearly acknowledged us. So disappointed. No refund or remake.

Service is rubbish, tables are left dirty, we waited for almost an hour for 2 waffles, 1 pancake and a sundae. Half of the menu wasn't available, and the waffles didn't come with the correct ice-cream. Pancake was cold. Never eating here again
