Visited this branch for the first time and what a lovely experience, I was greeted by Jyoshnavi who greeted me, my husband and my 2 foster sons with a lovely smile😊 her customer service was great and for that reason we will definitely be visiting again soon. Nowadays you hardly see much friendly staff around, so in my opinion Creams should be proud and lucky to have a lovely bunch of staff in Romford branch :) We hope to see you and visit store again and thank you for making our visit such a positive one! I would choose creams over kasapa's, but my choices have now shifted to kaspas now. CREAMS ARE CHEAPSKATES WHO ARE NO LONGER PROVIDING THE APPROPIATE AMOUNT OF CHOCOLATE SAUCE ON THEIE WAFFLES AND CREPES! NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA SAUCE. I COMPLAINED TO THE STAFF ABOUT HOW DRY MY LAST CREPE WAS, TO MY DISSAPOINTMENT, AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY CAN NOT GIVE THE AMOUNT THEY USED TO, MANAGERS DECISION. F U CREAMS

Ordered via UberEats. Was an hour late, delivery kept getting pushed. UberEats don't care. The rider wad sat at the restaurant for over half an hour waiting fir the pickup. A joke. If you can't fulfil orders within a reasonable time, don't keep taking orders. Order was wrong. Sundae was wrong. I got a cheesecake that was frozen solid.

absolutely horrendous, did not even receive my food, do not even deserve one star. I tried to call so many times but the number keeps on going on voicemail. Do not order from this place after 11, even though it says its open till 2, you will end up losing your money as they do not deliver your food and it says on the app that your food is delivered.

Dont even deserve 1 star amateurs the lot of em. Gave us an empty box sealed with sticker Paid 20 quid for 2 pots of ice cream and one cookie dough with WRONG sauce and toppings on and an EMPTY BOX which was meant to be another cookie dough also charged us for vanilla ice cream which we didn't get either

I love Creams Cafe. Oh my banana and strawberry topped waffle. I can't get enough. Great selection of desserts. I'm not a dessert person but I will pay to lodge in Creams Cafe just for waffles and crepes. Amazing stuff. Good thing I have self control. This may not have ended well for me healthwise with the amount of times i walk past this place. Lol It's right on the busy shopping strip next to the market and shopping malls. The toilet was really clean. Well looked after. The restaurant itself has nice interior. Staff are nice too.
