not impressed by the service, cleanliness or the actual product i received. wasn’t busy whatsoever and there were staff looking at the drink to be made on the screen for it to be avoided, 2 people to scoop 2 ice creams. didn’t feel anyone there was in charge. having been in the dessert field at one time, i couldn’t imagine serving people or maintaining the shop front in such a manner. only plus was student discount

Worst customer service ever seen in town centre, the place was quite and i have to wait 30 minutes just to order! I was carrying my son and can see three people working there but they are just chatting with each other!!. There should be sign there saying waiting time 30 minutes plus just to order one scop of ice cream

I was served at the ice cream bar, then went to the till to pay. I then sat in to eat. I went back to order and was told I had to pay first by a different staff, observe the same staff serving at the bar and they payed after she gave them their order.

I ordered the strawberry & banana waffle and my son ordered a strawberry & chocolate crepe which came to just under £16. I don’t normally write reviews but if it saves someone wasting their money on this completely underwhelming and overpriced dessert experience then at least that’s something. My waffle was cold with barley any chocolate on it, I’ve had way better from a street vendor. My sons crepe was terrible, it was so bad that we actually laughed. Really poor level of standard.
