Went here for a family members birthday meal and was very disappointed One my meal came out first and we watched as staff got everything ready for two waiting delivery riders and didn't bring anything else to our table for about 20 minutes. When my mum asked what the delay was the fool serving us had the nerve to say it was because they were very busy Look at the photo to see how busy they weren't When addressing them about this the fool spoke to me again telling me again it was because they were busy before sneering at me and saying he wasn't in charge so I asked who was. The young lady in charge came over,was very apologetic and agreed to give us about 50% refund Would not recommend at all. I'd rather the family all ate together than get money back!

Terrible service wrong ice cream given to us today when I asked for it to be changed I was told it would taste the same. Then a group of youths sat in the booth next to us spat bubblegum into my hair. When I asked staff to deal with them I was greeted with a laugh Would never return. Awful experience in front of my children.

This is the most dirtiest place to get ice cream!! The young boys and girls have know clue in keeping the place clean. The toilets are very dirty and they smell very bad. The owner should go under cover to check things out and see how the staff are working. They all need to be trained to clean and to serve. The food is been given out late and there is so much waiting time . They take so long in clearing up the tables after any customer has left.

We found plastic in our waffle, there was no apology but they did replace the waffle. The food wasn't tasty and overall quite expensive. The customer service today was poor which is unfortunate as previous visits were much nicer.

First ever visit last week. Very quiet as it was Monday afternoon in term time but no complaints there as service was great and quick. Ordered the hot and cold chocolate sundae, it was excellent, not too heavy or rich.
