Terrible service. In other branches you get shown to a table. We tried to find a table ourselves but there was not a single clean table despite not being that busy. Floor was dirty everywhere. Other customers walked in, couldn’t find a clean table and left. After being ignored by staff we also decided not to order and leave.

Absolutely awful service and the prices are a joke! £7 for a kids desert is just ridiculous and they wouldn’t let my boy have waffle unless we paid adult price of £11, He’s 5! 🤬🤬 Do not go to that place!

Went with a couple of friends Saturday lunch time for some desert after going over to steak and son (amazing!), the bananas they put on my crep were still frozen? And the ice cream that came with it was the same as McDonald’s ice cream? If I wanted a McDonald’s ice cream I’d of just gone there? My friends crep was rock solid at the bottom, almost burnt. On top of that, the waitress was so rude, not a hello? And just put our food on the edge of the table then walked away. The lady that was stood at the till was nice enough, even though she stood there straight faced. Wouldn’t go again to be honest.
