Extremely rude to customers, did not state clear that we need to come to the cashier to take order, so as I raise my hand, she shouts at me “come!” And “you know it’s really rude to raise you hand in England”. Through my 8years in uk, I have never heard any cafe said this to me. I felt being raciest by this women, the experience was very bad to come to this café today.

The decor is great and the desserts are gorgeous. Only negative was the affogato - personal preference here but I like a couple of small scoops of ice cream and an espresso on the side to pour over at the table, not a scoop of ice cream already melting in a now cold cup of coffee. The best bit is the brief hot/cold combo.
