Staff was lovely and they have a good selection of vegan desserts. A bit too much chocolate and sugary sauce, could have died that down a bit, made dessert hard to eat, but apart from that, good place for sweets. We also didn't have to wait long.

Appalling. Being a former restaurant manager and mystery shopper, I'm shocked at how dirty the chairs and floor were. The 3 young lads joking in the back of house burping in front of house. We were the only customer in the shop, I now know why.

If I can I will say 0 stars. Awful experience and never have I had to witness such incompetent staff. My buzzer went off and the staff asked me 'do you know order is yours on here'. Shouldn't they have more control and understand which customer ordered what? Food is awful, half of my order melted as it sat on the table for others things to be all ready. Staff has no sense of when to send what order out.

Absolutely terrible! Waited over 30 minutes for a waffle and crepes to come, two people ordered before us had to wait even longer. When asked why it was taking so long the staff member said “it’s busy” when it was clearly not, people who ordered after us were getting their food before us. Also when I went to get a refund, the man was saying “no they’re just coming, I’ll give you a voucher” I refused and got my refund after at least 5 attempts for a refund. Shocking customer service, definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be coming back!
