The place is being cleaned throughout the day so it is tidy. There is plenty to do both indoors and outdoors as well. We didn’t have anything in the cafe but looked like they have a good variety of foods and drinks. Staff friendly, activities different from other places, children (2&7) really loved it there.

Absolutely amazing soft play! We’ve been a few times and they are amazing! I booked the wrong day, but as we had spoken on the phone they noticed and called me to sort it out. We went this morning, 5 children and 6 adults- they were so accommodating giving us plenty of room and a table close to the under 3 section (ages of our party). The venue be is so clean and tidy, they are constantly cleaning up spills, the equipment is well looked after. We all had lunch and the food was lovely- no complaints at all. Having spent a lot of time at soft plays, this is definitely the best around! Thank you for a lovely time, see you soon.

Always a fantastic day out! We go regularly and the food is great too. Very good value compared to other soft plays in the area. Special mentions to Danielle who is always super friendly, the owner who we met today, and the chef who greeted us when we arrived. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

I often take my grandchildren here and they really have a great time. Outside area is also great for sunny days.I feel it’s very safe for them as that’s not the case for lots of other places. Staff are always friendly, foods great and everywhere always very clean. Would recommend for a couple hours fun time or birthday party’s

What a gem , a bright, clean good size for the little ones , with an outside area too. An interactive game in a room for all . We ate too and the food was great with massive portions. Well done staff for going around and cleaning the floor , never seen that in a play centre .

What has happened to this place!!! Terrible ticket service for drinks or food is stupidness, the manager is rude, big plastic screens between you and the staff at the counter makes it impossible to hear what they are saying, we are not in a pandemic anymore!! All staff look moody, won’t be going back

Toilets stunk of wee, toilet roll all over floor. Also had to pay £4 for an 8 week old baby, after having a conversation expressing my views on this, I was told 'make use of the soft play with her' my reply.. she's going to be asleep for the next 2 hours as an 8 week old baby does. I also told her we would not be buying drinks etc as we normally would because we had paid a fortune to get in, we was then given a jug of 'complimentary juice for the kids' which fine is a nice idea however if we had just been let in with the baby for free we as parents could have enjoyed being there with a coffee or other refreshment. We used to love this soft play as it does have good equipment and outdoor area, NOT for a baby may I add, there are literally 3 lights for a baby to look at.. definitely not £4 worth of enjoyment. Seeing all the other reviews expressing the same opinion I would definitely recommend people to look for an alternative soft play. Also booking website is useless, can't book for more than 6 people, spoke to them on Facebook about this, she said I could still bring the extra people and just pay at the door, unknown to myself that then they will charge you the extra charges at the door not the same price as online. Overall ridiculous.
