I adored the staff, the quality of the stock was outstanding and such good value for money. They sized one of the rings, free of charge, within an hour. Beautiful jewellery crafted with care and passion. Excellent range of products. Staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The jewellers who create these gorgeous pieces are on site downstairs and are true craftspeople. Their love for the work literally shines through every piece on display. Noticeably better quality than some stuff I've viewed in The Great Frog. If you love your jewellery and want superb and very different pieces, then this is the place for you! They offer a resizing service for rings while you wait and if you want different gemstones in a piece they're only too happy to oblige. Literally, nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. It's a breath of fresh air with outstanding customer service.
