Horrendous service. I ordered two pairs of lenses for Halloween, only got sent one and it was the wrong colour. So paid for my own postage to return it after confirming I can get a refund. This was in the beginning of November and I am still waiting for this so called refund after multiple calls and multiple emails to them despite them saying I could receive the refund.

Poor quality contact lenses and even worse customer service. I bought a pair of contact lenses back in October that arrived with 1/4 of one contact broken. I contacted them to let them know and they replied once, asking me to provide proof and then never replied back to me again.

Ordered on the 13th October 1-3 day shipping. Still not received 10 days later, and party that I need them for is in 5 days. I'm not hopeful. UPDATE- It is now 20th December and I never received this order. I had to buy lenses from a more reputable company costing me £25 extra. Crazy lenses will not refund and have completely ignored me.
