Clearly understaffed. Staff claimed that it is “up to the families” to stop children who are too big for the 1-5 area. This place’s USP is safe, soft play. It’s a business based on safe soft play and it knows how to charge you for it. According to staff, however, it’s essentially a free-for-all. If a load of 7 yr olds are diving off platforms near your highly-vulnerable one year old, there seems to be very little they can do or want to do.

We visited yesterday 30.4.23, we were the first in the centre. When we got into the actual soft play part we found 2 empty crisp packets, 2 half eaten sticky lolly pops, sticky lolly on the red slide and sweets in the baby ballpool. Being the first in youd think it would have been cleaned that morning or the night before but it was very obvious is wasnt. The tables had sticky juice on when we sat down so theyd not been cleaned properly either. Not worth £7 a child to be taken to something mucky. they had fun, but it put me off going again

Little bit expensive. Kids loved it. Staff / management realy ignorant and very rude. Have a very bad problem with people who have a disability and have to have a guide dog or a assistance dog. After being in crazy kids for half hour and spent money on food. A member of staff who had just came on shift came across shouting dogs not aloud I explained my dog was an assistant dog and she didn't care she got the management he asked and said the same thing. I asked the manager well what happens if a guide dog come in he said it wouldn't get in as we would say crazy kids is full or thay are closed. Disgusting
