They cut my expensive 18ct gold necklace, how do you even manage such a thing? Still ended up paying for the haircut but no reimbursement from their business for their mistake, instead management just made jokes after it happened. Very unprofessional and embarrassing, never returning. I will be telling other hairdressers.
