In initial consultation after reviewing my payslips Arifa told me I am not eligible for the amount of mortgage. On the same day I consult MORTGAGEKEY brokers now I own the flat. Stay away from them most of the positive reviews are from their own colleagues and friends circle.

Can't thank these people enough, GREAT SERVICE . When we thought there is no way we could get our hands on a mortgage due to failure with HSBC via our previous broker I called Suchit at Crayon with very very little hope. Guess what, he fixed our mortgage in five working days .These guys are really into it, very professional and most importantly THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Do not hesitate to use them if you really would like to have a mortgage . Girls are great too, Alex makes you feel at home from beginning to the end. I highly recommend Crayon Financial Services- Arifa Nazir in particular has been amazing and professional. She managed to secure us a mortgage deal in difficult circumstances. She has always kept us informed and up to date, never had an issue getting to speak to her. She gathered all the information our lender would require during the application process right from the beginning only which helped us being quick and responsive through out the application process.
