  We have used Craymanor on a number of occasions over the last few years, and have always been pleased with the results. Most recently they redesigned and reconfigured a bathroom, and despite having to deal with access issues and the extra challenges caused by Covid, the project was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  Very disappointed with this company. Had an architect come round on the 3rd March 2021 then heard nothing. Have contacted them 3 times since and been told every time the architects are very busy covering works at different sites and that I will be contacted in a few days. It’s now 10 weeks later and still not heard anything. They have completely wasted our time!! They really shouldn’t be taking in anymore business if they are short staffed!!

  I used Craymanor for my one storey extension. I was pleasantly surprised with how they handled everything. I often hear horror stories when it comes to Building works, yet I have nothing but praise for this Company. From start to finish they were totally professional, kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, dealt with any problems that arose and were always on hand to answer any queries or questions I had. I would highly recommend this Company. Fantastic service from start to finish and high quality work.

  Craymanor took down our old, leaky conservatory & built us a new room with a tiled roof & Velux sky lights. They guys working on build were very helpful & on site every day. The work was also monitored regulary & communication was excellent. We would certainly recommend Craymanor. John Roberts

  We were introduced to Craymanor Ltd by an old-school, chartered surveyor who took pride in his work and valued precision, honesty and fairness. Craymanor Ltd has, on two separate occasions, repaired our Victorian house in Catford. I do not hesitate to recommend Craymanor Ltd – from the site visit to assess the work required to the day they left, their communications, time-keeping and building skills were exemplary. Their advice was informed, concise and accurate. The building work was inside the house, and the team were polite and considerate. There were no surprises or dramas, and they completed the work to a higher than expected standard for the agreed fee.

  I recently commissioned Craymanor Ltd. to build a two storey extension; this comprised of an extension to an upstairs bedroom and an extended single storey utility room. The work was carried out to a high standard and exemplary quality. The building staff were extremely competent, courteous, respectful and more than prepared to explain, discuss and keep us informed at all stages. It was noted that the plans, I had commissioned separately, did not accurately reflect the alteration need to the roof and roof line, despite my exaltations to the designer. Consequently, on reflection, I would recommend considering using this Company's designers should you engage them to undertake your construction. Always remember that issues arise whether of a construction nature or imposed by District Surveyers. I had been impressed by this Company's work in a neighbouring street which prompted me to contact them, along with others, to quote. I was impressed by the Director who visited me, the further research that I did on line and their terms of business. I do not hesitate to commend this company. I also heartily endorse the comments left by Andy Fisher on this site.

  It’s taken me a bit of time to get to this, decorating has taken priority....Build started 2 Dec 2013 and finished 2 July 2014 It’s been 8 months since completion of build and 2 after completion of the kitchen. Firstly Richard our site lead - an absolute gem, conscientious, diligent, grafter (for sure), a craftsman of building, really likeable chap and methodical. At times it was a difficult build especially logistics of site and storage but the way Richard organised the build and the support from key people; David, Lorraine, John, Richard, Mark and Tyler really helped us get through it. We are really pleased with the way Richard, orchestrated, directed, crafted and built our extension. You know what they say "you get what you pay for". Yes, it was a bit more expensive than we thought, but given your home is the biggest purchase in your life why would you put that at risk for a cheaper builder? Peace of mind, quality and support throughout is what you need at what is a testing time. Post build, as a benchmark the further trades who have come to site have all commented on the accuracy, levels and standard of the build. Craymanor should be rightly proud of what they have designed and built. We are really happy as customers and would highly recommend. During the build David commented, “I will not accept or build for you any work that is not to a reasonable standard, I will build you an extension you will be proud of, it will be to a good standard and represent excellent value for money” For us, put simply, true to his word that’s what David and his team did!
