A big massive thank you to the station attendant who caused me to miss my train which was going to charing Cross I asked the attendant did the train stop at mottingham as most charing Cross trains don't stop there he said no soon as train leaves attendant says did you want to go to mottingham I said yes to which I'm told you could have got that train so had to wait 30 minutes for the correct train

I want to say thank you to the lovely gentleman at Crayford ticket office on Sunday 9th February. All the train services were disputed due to the weather conditions.We needed to be in London by 2.30 as we had theatre tickets, we had been advised at Dartford that we would not make it in time, but we thought we would try at Crayford. There we were advised to get to Lewisham and try the DLR, this we did and got to the theatre at 2.20. Thank you again to Crayford ticket office.

I have been using this station as one of my two daily stations for over 6 years now, and so if there is anyone that has seen the highs and the lows for this station, it would be me. One of the greatest problems with crayford station would be the state in which it is left almost every day. This is, however, due to the overwhelming amount of school children who take vouchers form the newspapers, and leave them scattered along the floors. Now, one of the greatest pluses of this station is the staff, who are always prepared to help and always keep you up-to-date on TFL’s constant delays. All in all, the staff’s support far outweighs the mess at the station, and I feel compelled to give it the 5 stars it deserves.
