Went in to collect 3 separate prescriptions but same address. One was found quickly and was then left to stand to wait for the others. Lots of people waiting for their prescriptions. There were 4 members of staff, 2 of which were assistants. More people kept coming in, whilst we were left waiting. After asking again about my 2 prescriptions I was then told, one wasn’t in stock & weren’t sure if they could get them! I said these are ordered every month, so why were they out of stock. Got told because they are a controlled drug, can only order when the prescription comes in. So why can you not ring and explain this and stop blaming the manufacturers. I think the worse thing is that there is never any apologies, never kept up to date. The customer service is absolutely awful at the moment with overrun sales staff. The young girl got upset as I think she was getting overwhelmed. She had been amazing & she shouldn’t have been reduced to tears. This is probably the worst I have experienced in there as there are some nice staff in there, that are helpful. Whether you are very busy or not, there is no excuse for poor customer service and bad manners.

Today I had ran out of my medication and I went to the pharmacy to get a repeat prescription and the pharmacy said they couldn’t find it after tracking it and that I should go back to the GP. When I went to the GP they said they had sent it out since the 9th of May. Then I went back to the pharmacy and they insisted and were rude towards me about not finding the medication and not minding my situation. The customer service was inadequate and the were no good manners shown. They kept making me walk back and forth between the GP and the pharmacy and at the end of the day they found it in the pharmacy and didn’t apologise.

Had to wait outside for nearly an hour after official opening time as apparently can’t open a chemist shop until the pharmacist turns up. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for not opening I only wanted some plasters….

RUDE STAFF!! Very unprofessional.. poor customer service!!!! Unclear and unreasonable returns policy. Unbelievable!!! try to check other pharmacies before buying from them as they mark up the prices ridiculously high!

Never open on time because pharmacist can't get to work on time, and that seems to stop everyone else from doing anything, not everybody wants medication that requires pharmacist.....Rude unhelpful staff never been treated so badly by so called medical professionals
