    Trying to book an appointment or even get a question answered is very hard work. The only number available puts you through to Chichester only to be told that someone will call you back within 48 hours. Of course, they don't! Then I visited the Crawley office to see if I can make an appointment. Don't be silly, that would be far too simple! Door locked and told over the entry phone that I need to ring up and someone will get back to you. Where have I heard that before??? It's about time West Sussex County Council realised that we are in the 21st century now and their archaic booking system just doesn't work.
