I came(writing from here) there with my newborn child for an emergency treatment. They after more than 1 hours nurse came and took pre assessment and told me to wait. I asked how long? She said, “not sure, mostly half an hour or hour or more”. So my question is, what is urgent care? If we wait more than 2 hours for a urgent care and mostly for the newborn baby which they has to be first priority to treat, but they don’t care. I am upset. My solution: one doctor who has to be there for all time to immediate check and then immediate care. Personally I would say that, current PM is responsible for all.

Went in today to have my dressing looked at for a burn on my foot. My heart initially sank when I saw 3.5 hr wait, but I was seen by Noel and a trainee nurse (I didn’t catch her name) within an hour. Both were great! Noel had to remove the top layer of skin again and redress the wound, he did this very gently and was great throughout and the lady that was with him was very reassuring. It might not be the smartest hospital and waiting room is a bit small and stuffy, but in my experience the staff and care were great! :)

Inappropriate and dismissive doctors. Visited due to severe acid reflux, stomach gurgles, and retching up chunks of white saliva, was told by an Indian male doctor that I was young, skinny and pretty and therefore couldn’t have a physical health problem. GP diagnosed me with gastro oesophageal reflux disease a month later. Myself and other women have had similar experiences to this in the past with frankly Indian doctors, both men and women, seemingly having already diagnosed us before we had even walked into the room let alone spoken a word, and using certain characteristics about us (eg weight, age, clothing, physical attractiveness) as proof that we couldn’t possibly have anything wrong with us and that it was all in our heads. Sadly doctors these days just don’t seem interested in compassion, or seeing their patients as individuals, just a one-size-fits-all approach that trivialises or even flatout denies everybody’s problems.

Reading a lot of the negative reviews on here you can see what kind of awful people the staff have the displeasure of dealing with. I was well looked after from start to finish, friendly staff, great service. Thank you for your help! You keep our country running. Absolute heros.

Many thanks to a Dr who saw me on Wednesday night @11:30 and prescribed intramuscular antihistamine and steroid tablets to relieve me from symptoms of an allergic reaction. Many thanks to a nurse (Suzanna?) who injected it in to my arm. You guys saved my life! P.S. Earlier that day I attended A&E at East Surrey (severe allergic reaction). Spent there 4 hours just to be told by a medical dr to get Piriton tablets (I tried that before and tablets won’t work) and cream E45 from Boots. Pathetic!

Worst hospital I've ever come across. The wife with terrible pain asked for help and 2 not nice ladies replied that you had to wait 2 hours with 5 people in the waiting room and they spent their time very nice on their mobile phones, no willingness to help and no compassion for someone's suffering. I pay on the NHS every month and I've never had good experiences with doctors who earn more than many people and expect at least willingness and commitment to the work they do because that's what I pay them every month on every payslip People, come to your senses and start doing do good to others and good will come back to you

I would like to thank the staff today for the kind and caring treatment they gave my son today to help him with his asthma. You were massively busy but you all did an amazing job under stretched and stressful circumstances. It was extremely busy but you all seemed in good spirits. Again thank you soo much!
