helpful and knowledgeable staff, asked about steel shot as I have never used steel befor, despite being busy took a lot of time to explain difference and what was needed, when I asked at a different shop the owner said "well they all go bang" ! Guess where I bought from and which shop I visit now!

Excellent service, shop was well stocked, and Graham was really helpful, customer service means a lot to me, and it ticked all the boxes, i had travelled a long way to pick up an extremely rare Gamo rifle, and had no regrets at all, and would happily buy again from this shop.

Only gave 1 star so I could post my experience. Drove down from Leeds 2hour drive ended up buying a rifle new scope new bottle and gauge pellets new silencer then ordered a adapter for the silencer Saturday morning I'll order that straight away waited till the end of the following week still no adapter rang the company they said no ones put a order in for you rang gun shop Mr attitude says I've no idea basically you took my money and have not ordered anything what a joke I will never use these again if they mess me around with my refund Trading standards is the next phone call I make. Stay away. Oh and he kept my quick fill off the rifle which he thinks I haven't noticed
