    I have non fault accident since October 22 I send the video and every evidence of the accident show non fault accident Very Very bad customer service no good customer service at all am insurance with zego and zego transfer my claims to them the are very very bad customer service I made a complaint against them am still waiting for my complaint I advise any body pay insurance from zego because of broadspiretpa

    Very unprofessional and will be very biased when it comes to any incidents that happen. I would recommend using another company as the previous reviewer was completely right. Seems like all they try to do is push people away so they don’t have to deal with any claims or complaints.

    My claim is still pending since june 2022 and they cannot seem to find the deliveroo cyclist who hit my car. Horrible insurance company who does not communicate or reply back. I have to chase it up and get updates from deliveroo instead. Horrible. Can this company legaly still operate with all this negative feedbacks.

    If I could give 0 stars I would… MY ASVICE IS DONT NOT USE CUVVA AS YOUR INSURERS. When it comes to making a claim they will do anything to not pay you out. I asked them for my vehicle back and refused. Cars worth £1000 and they’re only paying me out £300 and I sent over all documentation they said once they receive it payment will be made 3 working days. It’s been months and now they’re carrying out further investigations. I’m now taking legal action

    To start my review I should mention broadspire europe / alliance health and top notch Crawford. All three names deserve a review without a star as it’s a insult for a star to be here. Such a bad service by claim handling peoples. They’ll try to make you feel awful as much as that you would wanna leave the claim. If you ever feel like you are involved or buying any health insurance or services with these guys please consider other options as you’ll left with no money and no cover. Very bad service and awful companies to deal with. Hate to say that they have right to do business in the country. Hope they get what they deserve and feel the same way as the hopeless client feel. Nasty to even be in touch with you guys 🤮

    I would of given 0 stars, The way my claim has been delt with has been unbelievable. 2 years and made 3 final decisions and had to relook at it due to Crawford not collecting all the relevant information from the council. This has still not been resolved.
