Amazing service, would highly recommend Pauls grooming services. My 2 german shepherds had thier first experience with a professional dog groomer. They look and smell amazing. They were very vocal to start with but Paul put them at ease very quickly. He is so caring towards the dogs. I will definitely be booking them in on a regular basis from now on.

Brilliant Just Brilliant, Paul and Gary are a god send. We took our GSD to a couple of other groom rooms before being blessed with Crate Escape. She never came back happy or looking as good as when Paul and Gary get her. She's always full of beans when coming back from being out with them both. They are both the epitomy of dog whisperers. Highly HIGHLY recommend Crate Escape for grooming and walking. Very patient indeed as after our GSD had been to a well known groomers, she was then anxious when ever you went near her with a brush or tried to get her in the bath, Paul spent hours gaining her trust, putting her at ease and going gentle and steady to get her comfortable with it again.
