We managed to distort a couple of our cratch cover press studs coming through the Audlem locks yesterday. Called and spoke to Hazel, who was very friendly and helpful. We were able to stop by this morning, and Tim replaced the damaged studs within a few minutes, and we were on our way again. Lovely people, and we would thoroughly recommend them to other boaters.

Fuming is an understatement! Spent a week to get to this sham off a business, after being in contact with them for months about having some covers made we were not given a particular day or time to come down to them just told to ring a few days before we got there which I did, she sounded like she had never spoken to me before ( then her memory was jogged) still got no definite time or date, left a few voicemails over the weekend expecting a call back on Monday, Nothing! So I rang they told us to come down to the mooring, it took ages to get to the winding hole so we didn’t get there until just gone noon to be met by the two of them about to drive off in the van and told they could not measure us up until next week which we couldn’t do. In all a really bad experience found her quite rude and didn’t seem to give a toss that it took us over a week to get there definitely would not recommend
