My bike’s front brakes weren’t retracting properly and my brother and I were desperate to have them fixed as we were on a 3 day cycling holiday. We found Cranks and Planks via Google and that saved our holiday! The brakes were replaced at a very reasonable cost, they had a spare set, and half an hour later we were on our way. Julie and Charlie are just absolute legends, I was back in the area staying with my girlfriend and got a puncture almost straight away. Took it to cranks and planks and they were simply amazing, not only did they fix my tyre but found a couple more bits and sorted them straight out. Decided to then book it in for a full service and the bike feels like new, they’ve done such an incredible job! I would trust them with to do amazing work with anything mechanical! They also rent eBikes as well, which is fantastic. Will definitely be giving them a try next time. In summary, a great small business run by incredibly kind, humble people, couldn’t recommend them higher!!
