Awful staff don,t answer phones. Practice manager thinks she is doctor and dictates to patients. New premises are very good just need to get better staff. Just because the staff work for the Nhs does not mean they are gods..

I went to Crnkhall Lane surgery for Invisaline before my wedding. Dr Bhandal understood why I wanted it and my timescales and was very helpful, he explained the procedure and I felt at ease during every appointment. I’m currently half was through the whitening process and I’m super impressed with the results! Would highly recommend.

Worst doctors around. It’s either the receptionists not doing their job or the doctors or both actually. My son is on prescription milk but when I ask for one to be put through there’s been a few times where it hasn’t so I’ve had to get an emergency supply so I can feed my baby!

Dr Rahman asked why my dad wasn’t seeing him as often as he should, he informed him it was because the receptionists said there wasn’t any appointment so dr told him you tell them I said to give you an appointment. My parents were at this surgery for 40+ years. Dr Rahman was great, he was a real family dr that cared for his patients. Only had issues once his daughter in law started their too. Receptionists booked us in with male dr Rahman, someone came in well after us with no appointment and ours was changed to his DIL without us being told. Had it out with them, was seen then left. Week later my parents both had letters and were struck off from the surgery. (My dad wasn’t even there at the time) Receptionists didn’t like this and made stuff up to get him struck off too. After the way they unfairly treated my parents I left too. Didn’t take it any further as it was giving us all terrible headaches. This surgery needs all new staff and they need investigating.

I have been a loyal patient at this practice for 30yrs+. Never been one for visiting surgeries or taking meds but since lockdown this surgery has not been the same. Its all been about making money from vaccinations now i think. Dr T Rahman owner of the practice now has changed the way she views her patients. Patients wellbeing is not top of her priorities anymore. If i could give less than one star i would now. Her dad would be shocked at her attitude he was lovely. She only works two and half days a week now. SO no real care or time for her patients If you ask questions you get told 'its none of your business' The surgery is now being run by junior doctors who dont know us and make the wrong assumptions know it alls but know nothing really due to lack of experience. Most of the reception staff are lovely and go out there way for you. But the the same cannot be said for the practice manager Sajed and doctors there. Without us not being able to see any doctors in lockdown, alot of us have developed illnesses and need to be seen regularly face to face not just phone consultations now. And seeing the same doctor and not having to explain everything too the new ones is much more reassuring to elderly patients. Things can and do get missed and not picked up on this way. Phone consultations they make no real effort to contact you, or just dont. Then you are left frustrated and stressed having to ring again as to find out why you waited all day for there call that never happened. If you dare to moan about anything you get threatened with a breakdown of relationship with doctors and told to find another doctor..🤔😮 and they lie and make excuses up . Im doing just that sadly be wary of this practice. Especially by Sajed the Practise Manager...Who does she think she is treating long time loyal patients like that. Ive never met the women and do not wish too. NOT A CLUE !! I have had multiple TIA,'s , and have high blood pressure. During lockdown was given wrong tablets with no follow up care, which has subsequently made me very ill and stressed me very much. This is there answer to not deal with it.. AVOID

I'm coming up to 80 years old, but to get to see a doctor here is virtually impossible, still hiding behind the Covid, not good practice.
