I really don't agree with some of the reviews for the CMG, recently I rang at 8am, asked for a telephone consultation appt, I was rang back at 9am by the Doctor, who was very pleasant, after consultation she electronically sent my prescription by Simpil, who delivered it at 12. You can see a doctor, or nurse practitioner the same day if necessary. I won't be changing my doctors!

The female doctors are all rude they kind of don't even want to no what is wrong especially if it comes to mental health and learning difficulties av been diagnosed for over 5, years now and am still waiting to be seen off professionals that the GPS in this surgery won't push for even tho this has resulted in me hurting myself and stopping going to the doctors if needed as I no I won't get help with anything

What a joke this service is a disgrace. 3 weeks for a face to face or ring on the day but you still might not get to see a doctor

My elderly mum has been a patient at this place for many years. She had a fall outside the surgery once and was treated very kindly by the front staff. It is reassuring to know she is looked after especially as I live out of the country. Keep up the good work.

Only been a patient for a short while and have found staff friendly and helpful and have been able to make same day appointments without a problem

Had a bad experience with an ANP not listening to my concerns about chest pain and my chest infection which a GP had already been treating. She was very persistent that it was a sore throat. However I did not have a sore throat... Never have issues with getting an appointment on the day, but I found having no prebookable appointments a bit odd. I'd like to see someone on reception when I go.

You have to ring for them, then some rings you back to get an appointment with a doctor

*Update - I've since swapped over to Forum Family Practice and they're way better. Terrible service. They rarely ever answer the phone when you ring up to book an appointment, and when you finally do get through to them, the appointments are almost always fully booked and the person on the end of the phone isn't helpful at all. Also, when you go in for your appointment (if you manage to get one) it's not surprising to have to wait 45+ minutes after your appointment time to be seen. Absolute joke.
