Just the same as most Doctors at the moment (2022), you can't get an appointment. They are nice people and seem knowledgeable - but they should be as they are forever closing for staff training. If you are thinking of registering with them then you'd better find out where your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre is because any time you try book an appointment that what you are likely to hear about. This is very definitely a business, and it seems one which knows you can't go elsewhere. If you are unsure just give them a call and their messaging service will tell you there are no appointments available, and to use the UTC if your condition is urgent. Well if you can never get an appointment then a lot of innocuous conditions will develop until they become urgent. They also offer an online company that does video consultation, which I have used. They diagnosed me with Asthma when I had Legionella. Luckily for me when I collapsed I was in Spain and their health care was much better and used in person consultation. They can always find time, or provide a nurse, for stopping smoking, flu jabs and anything else which they are probably getting paid extra for.
