I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Sarah from kia made the sale and transition so smooth and stress free. We even part ex my dad's car to get a better deal wirh no problems. To top the service off, she even picked me up from home on the day I picked my car up.

My son and I visited Perry's looking for his first car. We saw a vehicle we liked and made arrangements to test drive the vehicle and take a closer look at it. When we got to Perry's the salesman could not find the vehicle, then he discovered it was in the workshop having an engine rebuild !!! he could not tell us when the vehicle would come out of the workshop. We asked why a vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on the clock was having an 'engine rebuild' he said it was common with diesel hybrid vehicles. I find this hard to believe but I am no expert. He offered us another vehicle to drive which my son didn't like. A few days later, he offered us another vehicle to consider, when I mentioned we had another identical vehicle with another dealer we were considering, he tried to suggest the other vehicle was a lower specification than his. When I asked him to explain the difference he couldn't saying he did not know what vehicle we were looking at with the other dealer. So I asked why make the statement in the first place then. He couldn't answer me or give any explanation. I will be in the market for a new car in a year or so myself but I will not be going to Perry's.
