Purchased MP300 in April. It came with NO log book, master key or documentation. I did call on receipt of bike to chase these items and was told they would get them that evening. I called the following day but was told they were not available. I obtained a quote for a new key cylinder, I was told this was too expensive and they just said to not lose my key!

Contacted this outfit regarding a bike, really unhelpful. Not what you would expect from a main Honda dealer, having read through the negative reviews it seems the attitude and conduct is very similar to most customers. Will not be visiting or using this business again given my experience. No customer service, care or understanding of knowing your customers needs. Unfortunately it's a thumbs down from me..👎

Good selection of bikes, but there are no prices on anything. It's not good when you're standing about for ages because they don't know how much things are. It's not rocket science put prices on.

Went to look at a bike today but the salesman appeared to only be interested in taking £20 off us for a test ride Very very poor customer service. Very badly presented vehicle that was scruffy and dirty. I will not buy from these unhelpful....uninterested... disrespectful sales staff
