Had the best experience today when Rachael restyled my hair for the 1st time since the original lockdown. I had never been to this hairdressers in Chelmsford before but I had heard a lot about them and was so thrilled to have an appointment so close to Christmas. Rachael was wonderful. Such a super stylist with a lovely upbeat manner, and personality. She listened to me and how I felt about my hair and paid close attention to detail.
