    I have been a loyal customer of Crago's for three years, and I usually trust them with my car's maintenance and MOT. However, I was very disappointed today when they refused to read the engine warning code on my car, even though I explained that I had to drive from London to Belgium in the weekend. They told me to come back next week Tuesday (nearly one week later), which is too late for me. They also suggested that I take a Eurostar instead, which I found very unhelpful and dismissive. Reading a code should only take 5 minutes, and it could give me some peace of mind or alert me to a serious problem. This is not the first time that they have been reluctant to carry out some maintenance tasks that I requested, such as air conditioning refill, replacing the differential oil, engine oil etc. They often seem to have an excuse or a reason to delay or avoid them. For example, when I asked them to replace the differential fluid, they told me that there was a slight leak on the output seal and that they would do it when they fix the seal. However, I doubt that there was a leak in the first place, as I was unable to notice any signs of it. On the other hand, I will admit that they do a good job with the maintenance and MOT that they usually perform. Overall they are friendly and seem to have a lot of experience and knowledge about BMW and Mini cars.

    I’ve used this garage twice now (servicing, breaks, mot) and I’m normally not one to leave reviews for anything but it’s gotta be said this garage goes above and beyond. Absolute total professionals and everyone including the mechanics are so helpful and friendly. Really got me out of a hole when I had coolant flowing out of my 4 series. Managed to squeeze me in and sort me a courtesy car the morning of the discovery even though they didn’t have the time managed to get it done. Honestly if you don’t want your pants pulled down by bmw but still want the expertise these are your guys. Nothing is too much and no question is too silly. Looking forward for many more years of visits to come. Thanks once again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

    I received a quote from Cragos which was almost to the penny of the quote BMW wanted which I thought was a bit pointless. I’m sure the quality of work and customer service is good but with no advantage in choosing Cragos I opted for the main dealer.
