Recently bought a squirrel house from these guys. Fantastic product and arrived super quickly and as described. My GF loves it, as do the squirrels. Unfortunately the door fell off and broke (probably didn’t install it properly). Regardless of this I spoke to the customer service team who were very responsive and had a new door shipped out to me within 48 hours. Some of the best service I have had for a long time.
