Avoid!!!! The initial contact was great and couldn't fault the prep work. The drive looked great but the resin was crumbling away which would eventually leave a hole. On 1st Sept I contacted them and looked at the issue. They changed the resin glue and would contact the supplier. I was promised contact next week. 25th Sep and 10th Oct and 25th Oct I chased them. They eventually replied and said they were taking the company that supplies the glue to court and to contact them in December about re-surfacing it in the new year. They won the court case and received compensation to re-surface my drive. Many attempts to contact them I was eventually booked in for 28th June. I had to chase them to confirm the date. No show. No contact made by Craftstone Construction. Unreachable. I’m tired of chasing them. Called them multiple times, emailed them and text. Not only did they get paid by me but also received compensation. Funny that when I put on a bad review months ago, Craftstone contacted me the following day. Well enough is enough.

My daughter has struggled with getting hold of Craftstone Construction to rectify issues with work they carried out. Within this time frame I asked them to quote for a house extension. Very funny they were communicating when £110k was potentially in the pipe line for them but continued to let down my daughter. They also forgot my first appointment. Avoid at all costs!!! I went with a different reliable builder.
