Simply excellent…..staff, very helpful and friendly. I went to enquire about Bernard Leach and the Leach pottery. Greta, one of the staff there showed me around - there is enough material in BL’s papers, his pots together with his associates to spend years there and still not see everything - even though it’s kept in small rooms. There was an exhibition downstairs of amongst others Ladi Kwali and Dame Magdalene Odundo’s work - awesome pieces. I didn’t realise there was so much to see at least for someone like me and my interest in studio pottery. Thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with the staff and the pottery pieces. Would recommend to discuss with the staff what the place can offer you with regards your own interests and then arrange a visit. 5*
