Do not use the services of this copart (Whitburn) terrible client handling and will not take care of you at all. I had an outstanding balance of £24 for storage fee. My driver had gone up to collect the car and had offered to pay the extra fee because I had no clue about it he’s offered to pay both in card and cash but he was told they wouldn’t take payment from him had to be the buyer but every other copart does accept payments at office when drivers collect cars for the new owners. I will not be using this place again as they accept that they’re wrong but won’t do anything to compensate you or try to resolve it.
