Spitfire in Eastleigh terrible, bank holiday weekend, 1 person working queues 30 minutes or more!!! When customers need to serve you know it's bad. Sad used to be great pub. Only visit occasionally but never had such a terrible experience couldn't get served despite customers serving, who were so fed up with waiting, so left with no drink.

My local has just been taken over by craft union. I have never come across a pub that is consistently out of beers,and deliveries are far and few between. Poor way to run a business. Would have rated you a zero, but not an option

Left an intruder alarm ringing on vacant property for 34 hours and openly lied to residents that the matter had been dealt with. Only got turned off when residents took matters in hand 🤬

While I appreciate the re-furb of The Rose Pub in Warrington I don`t appreciate only having diet coke on draught which tastes horrible and there is no alternative. The array of flavoured Gins is exceptional but there isn`t any choice for the tonics to accompany the Gins which is part of the experience and certainly no botanicals to accompany them, what a waste of space and missed opportunity on behalf of Craft Union.

I love this pub, The Somerset, Gravesend, Kent but I do have a complaint, the free juke box is behind the bar slightly and we are not allowed to go round there, they should move the jukebox outside of the bar other than that I love this pub and put a lot of money in their tills
