    Our recent delivery of Brazil - Sitio Cachoeirinha coffee beans was highly roasted rather than the medium roast it should have been. After ignoring my first email I was asked to send a sample back at my own expense for them to taste test it. Their response after testing it was: “we don’t have a dark roast option for this so not really sure what’s happening” and that I could try and adjust the grinding or dosing. I have had this coffee from them a number of times and it has always been medium roasted not the dark roast that they have sent me. My guess is that they either sent me the wrong coffee or it was left in the roaster far too long. Denying that there is a problem is not the way to deal with long standing and loyal customers. We have supported this business over several years including during 2 years of Covid restrictions as it used to be a company local to us when it was based in Partridge Green. This was despite receiving 2 separate batches of Colombian El Muro from them containing a piece of grit one of which broke my coffee grinder (they did refund that time). So very disappointed with their poor customer care.
