Very disappointed as to me the words "in store shopping "means where you can actually go in to a place to buy products not everyone is computer minded, I like to go to a shop outlet to see and purchase products I travelled by bus to visit what I thought was an outlet only to find it wasn't and it had been a fair walk from the bus stop there I was ready to spend in the region of £100 £150 on crystal art only to be told by a pleasant gentleman that it wasn't open to the public he did give me a catalogue and said I could ring up and order over the phone paying via debit card but there needs to be more actual shops outlets for people I be never ordered anything and waiting for its arrival not my way of shopping really
