I recently landed a new role with the support of Craft. From the moment we connected, the recruiter I worked with - Billy - was time-efficient, supportive, and most importantly (in my opinion), personal and approachable. Whilst I am sure they had multiple roles and candidates they were supporting, they made the time to always check in before and after interviews, offer advice, and were patient whenever I just needed a sounding board for my own thoughts. I have worked with recruiters in the past and never ever felt prioritized or cared for. In contrast to that, the Craft team were exceptional. I absolutely recommend working with them if you are looking for a new role.
