It is an excellent place to buy an airgun. Their range is fantastic you can try a few guns before you make up your mind. On site shooting is available. The Gun will be set up especially for you. 10/10 I will definitely be going back even though its a 2:30hr drive from South Wales well worth the trip 👍

Visited for the first time at 16:00 on Sunday to use the shooting range. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Becky went above and beyond to help keep my son entertained. Great source of knowledge and some exceptional products. Well worth the drive down from Exeter. We’ll definitely be booking again.

Visited Crackshot for the very first time (13/04/2023). Before I left Andover I phoned to check on availability of a BSA R12 CLX PRO and was told they had some in stock. They had the lever and bolt action in .177 and .22. When I arrived I was made welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to know if I could part exchange a rifle and a thermal scope for the rifle I wanted. James was satisfied with the items and offered me a brilliant deal. I came away with my new addition to my collection ( R12-CLX PRO in .22 calibre). In addition to the gun I also came away with a Butler Creep gun case which will take the rifle with the DS35-70LRF fitted. I’ve been to other gun dealers but Crackshot really was something else. Everything was on display and you could try your preferred rifle on the indoor range if you wanted to. James and his colleagues were all very helpful and weren’t pushy in selling a gun and put me at ease. It’s a pity their not closer then I would be visiting them more often. One other comment, it was nice to meet in person a person I’ve watched on YouTube (James). Thanks again to all of you for an excellent service.

Honestly one of the best, most friendly RFD's I've ever used. James and Andrew were both extremely helpful in dealing with my custom. I sold/traded 2 rifles in and purchased a stunning Daystate PCP and even had some cash back on the deal. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering a no rush, no pressure service. Even going above and beyond when I accidentally left some kit in one of my gun bags. They have very kindly sent my stuff out via courier at no extra charge. Cannot recommend them enough. If you're down in the South West on holiday or living here, give them a visit....you won't be disappointed.
