I am rating as one star because is the minimum possible. If you are planning to move somewhere where this company or Remus, just run! The same company part of group Fexco. Horrible! Overcharges. They do not know how to count and service level is the worst i have seen!

I mean, the 1.4 rating says it all. If you want a horrendous service and to be dramatically overcharged, this company is for you. Remus/Crabtree/Fexco are all the same and all provide a terrible service. If you’re looking to move in somewhere and these companies are managing your building RUN!

Terrible management company, no duty of care, whatever, inflated prices, gardening is shabby, and messy, and generally very little is done, a paint job in the communal areas and outside is rare. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, and good riddance.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are good at taking your money👍😁

If I could give zero starts I would. If you are after a company that will compromise your health and safety, Crabtree property management are it. A company that will take money and offer zero service Crabtree property management are it. Naqeeb Hussain property manager will ignore your emails, Hussain. Karnizadeh will also ignore as will everyone at this sham of a company! The thing is they are getting away with it as we look on helplessly! Avoid this company at all costs, they are managing our flats and are hopeless as they come.
