I had Kirsty from CR Real estate agents show me around a beautiful home, Kirsty made me feel so at ease and comfortable with the steps to buying my first home, the moment I arrived at the property Kirsty met me with a big smile and welcomed me over. I have been to many house viewings and almost felt awkward as though I was asking too many or not the right questions and I left them without being closer to understanding what I could do next however upon my viewing with kirsty this was not the case. Kirsty spoke me through the procedure calmly and adapted to a way in which I could understand. Not only was kirsty so patient and understanding but she followed via emails keeping me updated on what was happening at every stage throughout the result of my offer; without that I would of felt anxious. Ben was flat out amazing on helping my mother in law sell her house…. She had a couple of other estate agents round to the house and just didn’t feel comfortable with their pushy sales. She instantly felt at ease with Ben and she was right in her assumptions as Ben took care of everything and made her feel at ease with regular updates along the way. Ben sold the house in no time at all and is a genuine,honest person and that reflects in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team in the future👍

I was recommended CR Real Estates by a family member and have not looked back since! What hidden gem they are! I had the most fabulous photos and video taken of my property, by Jack and the standard was excellent, all my family and friends were very impressed - it looked like a professional tv show! But at the centre of it all for me is Ben he really is an asset to the company, from the pre chat valuation, adveritising and viewing to the sale the proccess was explained clearly he really put me at ease. He also provided continual updates so I knew what was happening at all times and I appreciated his patience when I had questions. I have already recommended him to family and friends if ever they are thinking of selling....I mean who would not want their estate agent turning up in a bubble gum pink suit to sell your house....he's hilarious! All the best for the future!
