Since covud this service has gone rapidly down hill. When it takes a couple of hours to get to Southampton but then 2.5 hrs in a queue to park the car, for which you have been excessively charged for how can any one give more than 1 star. Even if you complain they don't even acknowledge the complaint.

After returning from a cruise yesterday, we were told that our car which we had parked with CPS had developed a fault. A member of staff kindly took us to our vehicle where we called the AA. As it was going to be sometime before they arrived, an arrangement was made for Jack, one of the team to stay with us. We were invited to have a cup of tea and Jack also took us to the toilet facilities. At around 13:00 a transporter was ordered by the AA but would not be available for another three hours. Jack made sure we were able to get something to eat and drink as well as liaising with the port security to allow the AA access. We are very grateful to CPS and especially Jack who looked after us for around seven hours yesterday. Many thanks from Kerri and Aaron Steed

CPS parking at Portsmouth: chaos at terminal with lines of cars some left with keys tucked behind windscreen wipers. No service & absence of staff. Hoping the car will be available to us on our return.

First and last use of this firm. Very very long wait to take car away, no signage to aid vague instructions. Cheap for a reason. Quicker to go to off port compound and get bussed in.
