My sister had been networking with Kerry from CPM and introduced us with just a few weeks to go before the deadline for my self-assessment. Normally , I complete my own forms online, but I'm never completely certain that I've done so correctly, and with the Government hand-outs the previous year to factor in, I thought it may be best to hand it all over to a professional this time. I did think there may have been too little time for Kerry to be able to help me, but within very few days of me sending over my information, she had almost completed my return. As soon as I responded to a couple of further questions Kerry put to me, my self-assessment was filed. I'm so pleased I decided to use Kerry's services, as it saved me a lot of time, confusion and potential headaches, plus the fee was very reasonable. I discovered Kerry and her accountancy firm back in November 2021. From the very start, I found her to be knowledgable, professional and very responsive to every message I sent. No question was too silly, and no question was ignored. Regardless of day (eg bank holiday) Kerry still responded to my text messages. She has been great in taking the stress out of submitting my tax returns and best of all, I got a refund! Having completed a relatively simple self-assessment last year, when I had only been self-employed for a few months, I attempted to do my own again this year.
