Besides the problems with the log in that took 1.5 weeks to fix by them, the courses are long boring and the test at the and is something that u can do skipping entirely the lessons. Why do such long and annoying lessons when in the end are riddiculus questions?

Every time I try to log in it says it’s wrong? On phone for over 15 mins when finally a voice said, sorry all lines are now closed, they close at 5pm I started at 4,45 what does this company actually do between 9& 5? Absolute waste of time. I had to give them a star as it wouldn’t let me do a minus sadly

Bought a set of courses for my team. The package we chose (for food hygiene) initially looked just what we needed. However, there were multiple technical issues, with not every team member getting the correct login credentials. This took a surprisingly long time for CPL to fix - it had been very easy to reach a contact to order the course, but it became impossible once money changed hands. After that, several more issues kept cropping up that the company were slow to act. When I wanted to raise these issues, I was brushed off and ignored. I really cannot recommend them. It would have been better to do these courses in-house, which is what we will be doing going forward.

I used to work there, up until a few weeks ago. I felt I had to leave because of how many lies get told there. I worked underneath the CTO, and he is constantly stressed out, very abusive to his employees, and he lies, constantly, to hide how behind he is with his work. Avoid if you are a client, avoid if you are a prospective employee.
