Thank you for your reply. Firstly, I took 18 lessons in total, after 10 lessons the instructor Fernando did not teach me any new skills, there was no progression, always shouting and he became quite aggressive and very impatient. Also, he would either start the lessons 10 minutes late or end the lesson 10/15 minutes early. I did not complain. I believe as a paying customer I am entitled to discuss my concerns and how to further develop my progression without being made to feel that I am a hindrance and then to be fobbed off. My time and my money has been wasted with no valid reasoning, this is not acceptable.
