FAQ

What are the different types of pet cremation services you offer?

We offer two types of pet cremation services: communal cremation and individual cremation. Communal cremation involves multiple pets being cremated together, with no ashes returned to the owner. Individual cremation ensures that only your pet is cremated, and their ashes are returned to you.

Can I witness the cremation process or visit the crematory?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pet owners to witness the cremation process or visit the crematory. This is to ensure the privacy and dignity of all pets in our care.

Can you provide me with a certificate of cremation for my pet?

Yes, we can provide a certificate of cremation for your pet upon request. This certificate will confirm that your pet was cremated in our facility and provide other relevant information.

How do you ensure that only my pet's remains are returned to me after cremation?

We have a strict identification process in place to ensure that only your pet's remains are returned to you after cremation. We assign a unique identification number to your pet, which is used throughout the entire cremation process and verified before the ashes are returned to you.

Do you offer any additional services such as pet urns or memorialization options?

Yes, we offer a variety of additional services such as pet urns and memorialization options. We have a selection of pet urns available for purchase, as well as options for personalized memorialization such as paw print memorials or memorial jewelry. Please ask us for more information.

Old lady Receptionist began to whisper to her colleague in front of my face, clearly speaking about me. Disgusted to say the least! Would highly recommend avoiding this company as it clearly isn’t professional. I don’t leave reviews but this has left me fuming! -5*

Our beloved dog "Oliver" unfortunately passed away and left us both totally heartbroken. We decided that we wanted to remember him and decided on cremation. Well..... What can I say about CPC Tewkesbury. After making the first call the morning after I was greeted on the phone by a lovely lady who knew I was raw and still upset. She took control of the conversation and managed to calm me down in a manner that which if I'm honest , you can't train for or be taught. She then took my wife's mobile number and did exactly the same with her and made the promise that Oliver would be treated with the upmost respect as though he was one of hers. I think what I'm really trying to say is when something like this happens you need a professional team to take the majority of the pain away. I wish to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for the service that they gave us and the manner in which it was done. God bless you all . On receiving Oliver back home yesterday , it was the first smile I had seen on my wife's face for a week , a few tears but not sad ones , more so one's of happiness to have him home. If there are people out there who at this bad time need reassuring about anything.... I think enough said. Thanks again. Richard and Yvonne Jackson.

I really regret sending my dog here, he passed away Wednesday last week, was collected on the Friday, didn't get cremated until the Monday, after being told it would be within 48 hours.. Fast forward until today, I called for an update to when I can collect, I have now been told he was " sent in the post" she went off to ask her colleague who then replied with "I told you I'd call you Friday with an update and hung up on me, worst Decision ever putting my dog here, absolutely no empathy about them at all, all they care about is getting their money, avoid at all costs, they were told 3 times since last Thursday I would be collecting so now I can only assume that they have posted him or they don't actually know where he is, if animals are ready to be contacted earlier than expected then owners should be informed at the earliest opportunity, this isn't happening due to "how the methodically work" please avoid at all given costs, go elsewhere.
