Would like to thank all the staff involved in looking after my dog Henry on his final journey. I was treated with care and respect from start to finish. The casket that Henry was returned in to me is so lovely and the card with the details of his cremation with space for a photo is such a touching thought. Would highly recommend this company nothing was too much trouble for them when I phoned to ask to ask a question.

Yesterday we collected our dogs ashes from the vets after using this service through the emergency vets service in Sheffield, from what was very difficult situation at the time, the presentation, wording all helps in the light of things, grief has many forms but to have him back home home after just 9 days really helped.

I just wanted to say thank you so so so much from the bottom of my heart to this place and the ladies who I talked to on the phone, the day after misty died I plucked up the courage to phone and I didn't need no courage I don't know who I was talking to but I could not thank her enough she didn't even want payment there and then she said phone back tomorrow you know she's arrived here then and it will put your mind at rest and we can sort it then, when I rang back the next day it was another lady who was just so nice as well they both said how sorry they were and even asked how I was holding up, when I got the missed call i rang back and they was so nice again wasnt no rush to get there they told me what time they would be there intil and 3 ladies was there today they was all so nice you can see how much they all cared it was so comforting cause i was so scared nervous i didn't want to get upset as the kids was in the car, I honestly can't thank you enough because it has been the hardest week of your life's but some how you just made it more bareable you vcan tell these people care and its not just a job I honestly can't thank you enough I couldny have wished for misty to have been any where else.Thank you from stacey and family xx
