Excellent service. My pet cat was put to sleep at the vets due to having lymphoma cancer at 16yo. I had her put to sleep on 07/11/22 and called CPC Livingston when I got home the same day. The lady I spoke to was very reassuring and professional and provided her condolences on the loss of my pet. They had Holly picked up the day after euthanasia on the 08/11/22 and her cremation was performed one day later on the 09/11/22. She was handed to DPC returns for shipment on the Friday and was delivered to me on the Saturday teatime. All in all it took six days from the day Holly died to collect her then perform a cremation and have her returned to me in the post. I cannot thank your company enough for the quick speedy return it took to have Holly back with me. During this difficult time. Keep up the good work CPC Livingston. I would use you again and recommend your company to family and friends.

Cpc where lovely from when I called to arrange everything to having my pet meesha's ashes delivered. Package was safety wrapped up and the delivery driver was lovely as well. Would recommend CPC as had no issues at all and they where sympathetic and supportive with everything.
