What is the timeline for completing the cremation process?

The timeline for completing the cremation process varies depending on the type of service you choose. We offer both private and communal pet cremations, and the timeline will differ for each. We typically complete private cremations within 24-48 hours and communal cremations within 7-10 business days.

We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we offer 24/7 emergency services. Some common emergency situations we handle include sudden illness, accidents, and unexpected death. Can I witness the cremation process or visit the crematory?

Yes, we offer witness cremations and crematory visits for those who wish to be present during the process. We understand that this can provide peace of mind and closure for some pet owners, and we are happy to accommodate this request.

How do you ensure that only my pet's remains are returned to me after cremation?

We take great care to ensure that each pet is cremated individually, and we use a meticulous tracking system throughout the process. Each pet is assigned a unique identification number that is used to track their remains from start to finish. We also conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that each pet's remains are properly identified before being returned to their owner.

We had our beautiful cat Bella who died recently at the impressive age of 19 cremated with CPC. We chose a lovely urn, and are very impressed with the kind service that CPC gave us in arranging the cremation and delivering Bella's remains back to us. We highly recommend you to anyone else who has sadly lost their pet, thank you so much :)

I have received my baby girl, Portia, and am relieved now that she is back with me. I haven't had a little one cremated before, but I want their ashes with mine, when it is my time. I have gone through losing other babies, but it doesn't get any easier. I am glad that she is here, bu. t heartbroken that she won't be here for cuddles and kisses. I was out in the garden yesterday and it was windy. The leaves were blowing all round me, but, on the path, as I looked down, there were 4 lovely little white feathers, all together. My little angels are looking after their baby sister. I hope that everyone is lucky with the service received from this company. I am, and I chose the black metal cat urn, which I can hold and cuddle, which is important to me. I paid most of the cost up front and paid the remainder the next Monday and received my little girl back on Friday. The lady who I originally contacted did not push for the money. I was not rushed off the phone, so I thank her for that.

My cat was put to sleep on 3rd January, he was 18 and I was heartbroken, cpc was recommended to me by the animal hospital, I called the next morning to arrange his cremation, the women on the phone was very matter or fact and just cold, I asked about a paw print, she said they don't do that, luckily on phoning the animal hospital back they said they would do it with a clipping of fur, I have now just been reading on the cpc Web page to find that you can attend the cremation, I wasn't aware of this and was so distraught, I'd like to know why these options weren't given to me on that morning when i was paying for my cats cremation, anyway the delivery service they used APC was delivering the ashes today by 13.03, they came at 13.53, took a picture of the block of flats opposite me, and said they tried to deliver, my door number was the opposite side, so they didn't even bother looking for the door, my cats ashes are in a van some where now, they might come back today, otherwise it will be tomorrow, I should have not used them from the first moment I heard the women at cpc tone on the phone, bad enough losing my cat of 18 years, but this service was awful.i would like an explanation from the lady who took my first call at the crematorium, why I wasn't made aware of options to attend my cats cremation?

CPC provide a compassionate and loving service. Our cat 🐈 Percy passed away on the 16/10/2022, aged 16 years and 8 months. It has been very hard losing him. Our vets arranged the cremation with CPC. We had Percy individually cremated and CPC returned Percy's ashes in beautiful urn ⚱️ with a 🌹 rose symbol on it. Percy loved the garden, smelling roses and his mum was called Rosie. The urn came back in a beautiful blue velvet box. There was a card inside to show Percy was individualy cremated and it was very touching. Thankyou CPC and I would recommend them. They have been amazing in our hour of need. Subrata.x

We sadly lost our best friend Eric, our vets use CPC, we wanted our boy back so went for cremation, when he came home last week, we were obviously very upset, but to find a little bottle full of his hair and a card with his paw prints on, meant absolutely everything to us, as during such a traumatic time, we never thought to take hair and paw prints, such a lovely thing to do. Thankyou SO much. ❤️
